I'm a big fan of pasta. What are your favorites? I think spaghetti is #1 for me. I also like fettuccine Alfredo and good ole' macaroni & cheese and lasagna.

Two of my favourite pasta dishes I cook every now and again are spaghetti bolognese with lots of vegetables (mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomato and red pepper) and wholewheat pasta with vegetable sauce. I make the vegetable sauce with chopped tomatoes, garlic, onions, frozen mixed vegetables, tomato puree and vegetable stock cubes. It is great served with wholewheat pasta, reduced fat Cheddar cheese or Garlic and Herb Philadelphia Light.

Mine is ALWAYS tricolor fusilli - it's fun on a plate! :D

Oh, I have lots of favorites. I'm part Italian, so I cannot single out any one type of pasta. I think I love 'em all.

No Parmesan cheese for me, thankuverymuch. Hasn't got much taste to it.
Nobody's mentioned cannelloni so far, but that's my favorite dish. :)

I think all pasta is fun on a plate, so many interesting shapes! (shells, spirals etc.)

Ah the fun of spelling out S...H...I...P!
My favourite pasta dish is probably lasagne, I also like canneloni.
I used to cook tri-coloured pasta but the children don't like the green ones and I got fed up with fishing them out.

Fettuccine Alfredo is something I cook regularly for my family...it's easy to make and it's delicious! :D
I also love Ziti, Spaghetti (especially with Garlic & Olive Oil) and a multitude of other pasta dishes... :)

I will eat any pasta in any shape or form.. Some specialties that I like are gnocchi, ravioli's, lasagna, spaghetti, tortellini, etc.
