I started, but didn't care much, tried again...nope.  I started with "Big Bang Theory", left, then came back and like it now.

Yeah I love Community.
That opening musical Number this season was awesome.

Chang's a bit over the top for me and I'm not digging his security guard storyline this season but I love everything else.

at first i didnt really care about the show either... but i asked my friend for of the first 2 seasons and after 1 or 2 episodes you can really understand why its good and then it just climbs up for the rest of it

the show is really clever especially with the pop culture stuff from ABED!!! and the best is that we all can connect to the characters in someways

i love the opening music as well!! it has a fresh sound to it

season 3 hasnt appeared yet in Australia so i'm waiting for it

and i'm not worrying much about chang i guess thats just the character

The show has so much more happening than just whats in the foreground. In season two there was an ep where all these crazy stories involving Abed were happening in the background.

Then there's the ticker tape messages that were going across the screen during Troy and Abed's commentary in Intro to Poli Sci

Oh and the ep with the "flashbacks" that was genius because they flashbacked to things that never happened (at least on camera) giving the illusion that the show's universe goes on even when we aren't watching...

i also love troy and abed breakfast shows and their montages at the end of the epiodes and i agree season 2 is better tha season 1 so far...

It was a good call.... if you do see an ep you really should see them in order...only because the show gets quirkier as it progresses and if you watch the wrong episode first you might not like it because you don't fully understand the energy of it.

snoozberries got a point, before i watched the show in order i have seen glimpses of community before (it was few of the season2's episode) and i didn't really understand much about it and would lose people's interest quite easily. That's why it's better to at least watch it chronologically at some point :)

No I was lucky enough to visit the set a couple of times. I was never onscreen.

Community got a 13 episode pick up for next season!!!!!  8)

I love the fake "flashback" style shows they do.  In which we see parts of episodes that really didn't happen. I swear it looks like they spend more on those than they do on regular shows (thus defeating the whole purpose of a flashback episode).

yeah those are great.... I love the Season 2 ep (The Psychology of Letting Go) with Abed's storyline is taking place in the background. Never any dialog you just have to be observant enough to catch it!  ;D

absolutely. So far the only ep I haven't loved was the one a couple weeks ago that was 90% dreamatoriom (Virtual Systems Analysis)  I'm looking forward to seeing the First Chang Dynasty (I was on set when they filmed Chang's birthday party)  and the finale Digital Estate Planning. I was on set when Chevy had his melt down well I saw him agitated and watched the cast kind a wind him up more....but I'm sure Joel McHale offering an autograph session where Chevy signs his film Karate Dog didn't help the situation much...it was hilarious but Chevy was pissed...he signed like 5 copies of the hundred and fifty Joel had located and purchased.  I got a copy of the dvd but I was not one of the 5 to get it signed. lol

I couldn't get through an entire episode of that show.  Somehow it's got good ratings, I just want to cry when I see that it's considered a "good" comedy.

The two leads have great chemistry and when it's just them the show works....it drops to low grade/lowbrow as soon as the other characters come into frame. The need to revamp and recast it.

At least NBC cancelled the gawdawful "Are You There, Chelsea?" which followed Whitney. Chelsea Handler isn't one of my favorite comics, and this series was still beneath her. I particularly hated DeeDee.

Those last three eps were fantastic! I enjoyed the Pierce's Inheritence one way more than I thought. I less laughing so hard I had to rewind it every other line.

Those are the last three episodes that Dan Harmon will get to work on. According to IMDB, Harmon himself announced that he was fired by NBC, probably due to the blowup he had with Chevy a few months ago. How low is it to fire a show producer who also created it? Enjoy the next 13 episodes on Fridays since NBC ia ready to pull the plug next year.

Basically Sony was tired of fighting with him and they knew NBC had signed up for more episodes.  Chevy has little pull with the network or Sony at this point, but making their blowup public probably didn't help any.

I kept hoping the Chevy / Harmon dust up was a publicity stunt ala Lorre/Sheen.  :-\\
I was on set that day. Chevy was super annoyed but he's a prick so I didn't think much of it.
Harmon doesn't seem to spend much time on set so I never saw him.

I will say- watching the filming of the virtual scenes was weird. They were just sitting in the cubicles. It was hard to see potential in that ep. I really expected it to suck but I thought it was one of the best ones. Loudest and hardest I laughed all season.
