This situation is so sad, I always enjoyed watching ALF during The 80's when it was on Channel 4 here in NYC during The 1986-1987 season, sad to see he passed away but why didn't he have on his air conditioner? ::)

Everybody cares about the dog because he suffocated alongside him.

According to his sister, he was bipolar but who even knows if he was on any medications for it or if he was taking them when he died?

That's the part I never knew about him, never knew about his symptoms, RIP Benji Gregory. :\'(

His sister also said that he was suffering from depression and he had a sleep disorder that kept him awake for days. He went to the bank to deposit some residual cheques and fell asleep in his car. The weather in Peoria, Arizona was between 114-117 degrees and perhaps after he fell asleep in the car he didn't realize how hot it was and nobody got to him until it was too late.

Maybe he could've found a place to keep cool instead of staying in his car?

Yeah, he could have but you don't know if he was homeless at this point or if he was sitting in his car and he fell asleep. That's what's got me confused. Is if he and the dog were homeless.

He could've taken some medication then fell asleep.

I'm still more concerned about the human than the dog.
