Subject: Who Is Worthy to Autopsy Cyril Wecht?

Written By: LyricBoy on 05/13/24 at 6:40 pm

Legendary forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht, famous for his consistent rejection of the “single bullet theory” in the JFK assassination, has passed away at the age of 93.  :\'(

Legendary is certainly appropriate when talking about Dr. Wecht, who was a casual acquaintance of ol’ LyricBoy. He weighed in on JFK, JonBenet, Jeffrey Epstein, Bob Saget (Cyril was certain it was a bludgeoning), Sunny Von Bulow, Vince Foster, Anna Nicole Smith, and countless others.  If a celebrity ended up dead under suspicious circumstances, Cyril was your go-to guy to get to the bottom of things.

So respected was Cyril that even though he was a lifelong Jew, the Catholic-based Duquesne University established the Cyril H. Wecht Institute Of Forensic Science and Law.  8)

Cyril was the first civilian who was allowed to inspect the files re: the JFK assassination, and it was he who discovered that JFK’s brain and various test results had “gone missing”.

On a personal note, a couple of years ago, Cyril and I met up at an event to celebrate a project that we both worked on. Cyril was 91 years old at the time, and was sharp as a tack.  I got a nice keepsake photo of me with Cyril, that was snapped by his son who is a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice.  :)
