Legendary AP reporter and 1980s hostage to Lebanese Muslim militants, Terry Anderson, has passed away at the age of 76 from complications of heart surgery. :\'(

Mr. Anderson was a reporter on the usual Middle East Muslim violence when he was kidnapped, and was held captive until 1991.
