Laura Lynch, bassist for the legendary country group The Dixie Chicks has passed away at the age of 65 from a traffic accident. :\'(

Ms. Lynch was a founding member of the DC. After recording three albums (Shouldn't a Told You That was her last album), she left the group and was replaced with Natalie Maines 8-P.
