Legendary Canadian animation phenom, Marty Krofft, who with his brother Sid produced all sorts of awesome kid’s entertainment shows, has passed away from kidney failure at the age of 86. :\'(

Krofft and his brother are the brains behind television shows including “The Land of the Lost”, “H.R. Pufnstuf”, The Bugaloos,” “Lidsville,” “Sigmund and the Sea Monsters,” “Pryor’s Place,” “Far Out Space Nuts,” “The Lost Saucer,” “The Krofft Supershow,” “Wonderbug,” “Electra Woman and Dyna Girl,” “Dr. Shrinker,” and “Bigfoot & Wildboy.” 8)
He was known in some circles as the “King of Saturday Mornings”. 8)

I couldn't stand H.R. Pufnstuf but loved Lidsville. Yeah, there was no counting for taste. lol.

I also watched The Bugaloos, Signmund and the Sea Monsters, and Electra Woman & Dyna Girl. I had a cat named Electra and used to sing that to her all the time.
