The Friends reboot will no longer take place in New York. According to the new plot, the friends all retire early and move down south. Although still young, they join a retirement community where they play most of the day and are up to their normal antics. Their newfound retirement community is located in none other than Orlando, Florida. A big part of the reboot will include various scenes and skits that take place inside and around Disney World…

The cast for the new Friends reboot will come as a shock to many. We know Phoebe, Ross, Chandler, Monica, and Joey will all return for the reboot. However, Rachel, famously played by Jennifer Aniston, will not be in the Friends reboot. This is sad for many people as she is a fan favorite in the show. It’s unclear why she is not in the show’s reboot.

I suppose the departure of Mr. Perry changes the whole equation about a reboot now.  :-\\

So sad to read this. Obviously too soon to know exactly what happened, but I read how continually struggled with his addictions

Since he otherwise was getting ketamine transfusions from qualified medical personnel, it appears that the dose that killed him was taken for recreation. As Lynyrd Skynyrd once sang, ”Just one more fix, Lord, might do the trick. One hell of a price for you to get your kicks.” :-\\

The medical examiner did find evidence of his years of drug and alcohol abuse, however, with Perry suffering from 'chronic hepatic congestion, liver' - a precursor to cirrhosis of the liver - although it had not advanced into cirrhosis.

He also had nephrosclerosis of the kidneys - a hardening of the tissues, caused by long-standing, poorly controlled high blood pressure and long term drug use.

Perry's autopsy also found chronic pancreatic fibrosis - opioids are suspected of causing damage to the pancreas.

His heart and lungs were also significantly damaged.

Perry weighed 216lbs, and was pronounced mildly obese.

In the memoir, Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing, Perry wrote that after his colon exploded in 2018, he was prescribed opiates that he deemed insufficient to deal with his pain.

This prompted him to turn to street dealers to supply him with potentially fatal, possibly fentanyl-laced OxyContin.

'The street pills were something like $75 per pill, so I was giving the guy $3,000 at a time, many times a week,' he wrote.

At some point, some addicts become beyond hope. They’ll conjure any sort of story they can to score more dope. And if you’re wealthy like a Matthew was, there’s nothing standing in your way, not even an exploded colon.  :-\\

A few years back, he appeared in a production at the London West End, now I wish I had gone and seen him acting in it.

Turns out that Matthew had an amount of ketamine in his system roughly the same as what a surgical operation would use to knock you out for surgery.

Toxicology testing found that ketamine levels in Perry's system were at 3540 ng/ml. For context, the report, obtained by The Blast, reads, “In monitored surgical-anesthesiology care, levels of general anesthesia are typically in the 1000-6000 ng/ml range.”

In other words, he had a large amount of the drug in his system, enough to render him unconscious.

Pretty much a replay of Michael Jackson’s demise due to abuse of the anaesthetic Propofol.

Why would Mister Perry have taken so much?
