Legendary Superman actress Phyllis Coates (real name, Gypsie Ann Evarts Stell) who played Lois Lane in the original TV series, has passed away at the age of 96. :\'(
And that pretty much closes the books on the cast of that show, who left us way too soon. :\'(

I hate to say this but I thought she died a long time ago.

WITHOUT QUESTION, the single best Lois Lane to ever play the role. Too bad she only did it for one season.
