Just so nobody gets confused by news headlines, Max Baer has suddenly passed away.

BUT THIS IS NOT JETHRO FROM THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES. This is the Max Baer who was Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
He is also not related to Max Baer the boxer.
