Legendary rock groupie, model, and actress Tawny Kitaen (born Julie Kitaen) has been found expired at the age of 59. :\'(

Tawny perhaps is best remembered as the smoking hot chick dancing on top of David Coverdale’s Jaguar XJ-6 in Whitesnake’s classic hit “Here I Go Again”. :-*
She also made appearances in fare such as The Surreal Life, Batchelor Party, Seinfeld, and Celebrity Rehab. 8)
Tawny was married to David Coverdale from 1989 to 1991, and then to MLB pitcher Chuck Finley from ‘97 to ‘02. She also once dated O.J. Simpson.

Her death marks the latest in a string of premature deaths of Celebrity Rehab cast members. In addition to Tawny, cast mates Chyna, Mindy McCready, Joe Kovar, Mike Starr, Rodney King, and Jeff Conaway have all passed on. :-\\

She missed her 60th birthday by three months. :(

Given her age and history, high probability it was drugs. But no official COD has been released by the coroner yet. :\'(

I was reading that many years ago she had some substance abuse and taking drugs.

I knew her best for the shows America's Funniest People and The New WKRP in Cincinnati. I, like most men back in the day, had a big crush on her. R.I.P.

Turns out that back in the day, she dated Harvey Weinstein. :o

Tawny’s brother speculates that she died from a broken heart, as her father had passed away a couple weeks earlier. :\'(
