Anne Beatts the prolific writer on Saturday Night Live and the creator of the CBS show, Square Pegs, has died at 74. She was a writer for the magazine National Lampoon. Her work for SNL included The Loopners (also know as The Nerds) and sketches with Gilda Radner. She so worked on Ths Cosby Show spinoff, A Different World.
