Frank Shankwitz, noted founder of the Make A Wish Foundation, has passed away at the age of 77. :\'(

Frank started the foundation back in ‘80, after working with local police to fulfill the dream of a terminally ill boy who wanted to be a cop. Since then, over 500,000 wishes have been granted. 8)
