He’s not to be confused with the political and religious figure Michael Huckabee though.

Someone who's probably not well known elsewhere in the country (or in the world for that matter). I never heard of him. Even Wikopedia doesn't have an entry on him. (However, he is mentioned on Deepchord.)

That's the man who first came to mind when I first saw the headline. After all, his name and the other name are pronounced exactly the same way.

Mike Huckaby was huge in Detroit. There’s a ton of stories on the web about his passing.
And while he may not have a Wikipedia page, he indeed is listed in Wikipedia’s “Deaths in April 2020” accounting.
And speaking of having Wiki pages, recently passed rapper Fred the Godson did not have one at the time of his death, either. But now there is one. Such is the timing of fame and tribute, I suppose. :-\\

Yes, he may have been huge there, but what about in the rest of the USA? There are many people, including myself, who don't know of him at all.
And while he may not have a Wikipedia page, he indeed is listed in Wikipedia’s “Deaths in April 2020” accounting.
I noticed that. And his name was a red link, indicating there's no official page for him.

Yep, it's like I've said before, many of these people don't really tend to become widely known until after they've kicked the bucket... :-\\
