Subject: Say Hello to Jimmy: Chuckie O’Brien Gone at 86

Notorious Detroiter, Chuckie O’Brien, has passed away at the age of 86. :\'( Chuckie was self-appointed “foster son” to Jimmy Hoffa back in the day, and he was depicted in the recent flick, The Irishman. 8)

While Chuckie was a close confidante to Jimmy, after Jimmy’s disappearance in ‘75, rumors swirled (to this day) that Chuckie had somehow set Jimmy up for his fateful last meeting with mobsters at the Machus Red Fox restaurant in Bloomfield MI, where Jimmy was last seen. :o Guess we will never know now. :-\\
Point of personal trivia... I used to do business with a now-deceased gentleman in Detroit whose name came up in an article about Jimmy’s demise. Last time I had dinner with him, it was at Andiamo’s Restaurant in Bloomfield, which sits on the site of the old Machus Red Fox. :-X
