Doesn't look like the voice of everyone's favorite animated bill survived Capitol Hill... or the President. Jack Sheldon, of Schoolhouse Rock fame, has died at the age of 88. He was also Merv Griffin's bandleader. In addition to "I'm Just a Bill," he also memorably sang "Conjunction Junction."
