Legendary Scottish serial killer Dennis Nilsen, curiously known as "The Scottish Jeffrey Dahmer", has passed away in prison.

Nilsen's modus operandi was very similar to Dahmer's. He liked to keep the bodies around for a while, doing all sorts of stuff to them. Ultimately he chopped 'em up and tossed them in the drain. :o Eventually the plumbing got clogged, and this was one of the reasons he got caught. Apparently when plumbers see human flesh in the pipes, they tend to get suspicious.
Curiously though, his crimes predated Dahmer by 8 years or so, so maybe Dahmer should have been called "The American Dennis Nilsen". ???
