Legendary bodybuilder Rich Piana has passed away today at the young age of 46, 12 days after having been placed in a medically induced coma.

When he was found unresponsive at his home two weeks ago, he was found with 20 vials of various steroid products. It is unknown as to whether or not his death was associated with 'rhoids. :-\\

Latest news on Mr. Piana. While no cause of death has been established yet, his girlfriend claims that he had been snorting workout powder like it was cocaine.
