Television writer Carla Lane, who created shows including 1980s Liverpool sitcom Bread, has died aged 87.

I remember watching it on black and white television, my older sister liked it more than me, started broadcasts in 1969.

Actors from some of TV's best-loved comedies have paid tribute to writer Carla Lane at her funeral in Liverpool.
