The conservative Supreme Court Justice, nominated three decades ago by Ronald Reagan, was found dead at age 79. Question now arises over whether Obama will be able to appoint a liberal justice to take his place, thus critically changing the balance of the Supreme Court, or if Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will be able to delay a new appointment until after the November Election.
