Legendary serial actor Jack Larson, probably known best for his role as cub reporter Jimmie Olsen in the series "Superman", has passed away all too soon.

Larson was only 23 when he first portrayed the Daily Planet journalist in 1951, along with George Reeve (Superman), Noel Neill (Lois Lane #2), John Hamilton (Perry White, "The Chief"), Phyllis Coates (Lois Lane #1), and Robert Shayne (Inspector Henderson).
Of the major characters, only the two Lois Lanes are still alive. Cast members did not seem to fare well after the show went off the air. :-\\
