Capo, a 22-year-old rapper associated with Chief Keef's Glo Gang, was reportedly shot and killed in Chicago.

The assailants, while fleeing, also hit a stroller, killing a 13-month-old child.
Locals are already blaming the police for the 13 month old's death, because apparently the cops had the audacity to follow a car that was shooting at people.
Don't expect any mass protests, folks... Lives only matter if you can find a reason to blame a cop. >:(

A man has been charged in the death of the 13-month old. Antoine Watkins was driving at 70mph in the Chicago neighborhoods until he crashed. He is not, however, charged with the death of Capo.
