Legendary Washington DC politician Marion Barry reportedly has passed away at the age of 78. :-\\
Unlike other politicians who get elected, then sent to jail, and then disappear into obscurity, Mr. Barry went on to be a shining example of the cynicism of his political base, who continued to elect him to terms as Mayor and City Councilman, even after his epic crack cocaine bust and a continuum of probation violations.

They held Barry's funeral yesterday, which included a procession through Washington DC.
