According to both TMZ and USA Today Lee Thompson Young, 29, died from a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head...
I hope this is false but TMZ is rarely wrong.

I loved The Famous Jett Jackson.
Dude was awesome in Friday Night Lights (the movie)
And I love him on Rizzoli & Isles... wonder if they will dedicate tomorrow night's ep to him :\'(

How tragic, I looked it up on wikipedia and they have his date of death August 19th.
Not sure what would cause him to do this R.I.P Lee :\'(

today is the 19th...
apparently he didn't show up as scheduled on set today so they sent someone to his house where they discovered his body.

I don't understand this at all. LTY was like my life as Jett Jackson when I was a kid. I liked him so much and I even watched Rizzoli and Isles just to see him. This is truly tragic and my heart is bleeding. I haven't been this sad since MJ died. I'm like, devastated y'all. :\'(

No he was neither, Rizzoli & Isles were both women.
