Subject: RIP, Jack Tramiel, aged 83

Not exactly a celebrity in the world of pop culture, not exactly a popular name amongst Atarians, but anyone who remembers the 80s should know someone who adored their '64.

If you ever saw that screen, raise a toast to Jack Tramiel, founder of Commodore Business Machines, aged 83.

I never had a Commodore 64, but I did have a Commodore Vic-20, first computer I ever owned and I still have it!  I think it was those old William Shatner ads that swayed my dad into buying it because he enjoyed Star Trek.

R.I.P. Jack.  You made some good computers

Allegedly, the same radio station that broadcasts The Bob And Tom Show still uses a Commodore 64. A DJ there even said it's still used because of the local's disdain of the new technology.
