Jess Jackson, a San Francisco lawyer who became a skilled wine merchant, founder of the Kendall-Jackson wine brand, and titan of the industry, passed away today at the age of 81 today.

Seems like he was quite successful, according to the article. However, when I first saw the thread title, I thought of someone else. RIP Jess Jackson.
