Kill Bill and Kung Fu star David Carradine has been found dead in a Bangkok hotel room, BBC correspondent Jonathan Head has reported.
The 72-year-old was in Thailand filming his latest film Stretch, according to his personal manager Chuck Binder.
Mr Binder said the news was "shocking", adding: "He was full of life, always wanting to work... a great person."

All of the news reports I have seen on this mention him as 'Kill Bill' star. No reference to 'Kung Fu' at all, which is odd as I would think he's more known for that. I did love him in Kill Bill though!
This is very sad news indeed. I used to watch 'Kung Fu: The Legend Continues' all the time in the 90s. That was an awesome show! He was a great actor and will be sadly missed :\'(

I think they reference Kill Bill more because none of the younger crowd would know anything about Kung Fu or Kung Fu: The Legend Continues or Shane or anything else he played in. I only mentioned Kill Bill in my post because I just watched it last weekend. :\'(

I'm 'fairly' following the released reports..other things may include his hands being bound???? Whether it was a belt or rope, I still will stick to it being a candlestick as the weapon and Col. Mustard did it!
As far as not being funny, I could've gone the 'twitter' route with more crude scenario's..but on many talk radio shows, many hosts/players commented as well on 'what a way to go'..so maybe not AS funny but lighter than many.
I'll also bet we won't hear the last of spoofs for awhile and they won't be saying 'snatch the PEBBLE from my hand'.

I will always remember Paula Yates, she lived close by to me, and she died from an accidental heroin overdose. The coroner ruled that it was not a suicide, but a result of "foolish and incautious" behaviour.

Hutchence was actually an interesting guy. I mean, you wouldn't know it from most INXS, but if you check out his work with Max Q or the cult movie "Dogs in Space," you see a different Hutchence from the bimbo who used to sing "Suicide Blonde."
I'm just saying "autoerotic asphyxiation" is an official medicolegal investigative term for a reason; it's not just something from the Urban Dictionary.

On the side: do you think Hutchence also was thin skinned when earlier at the Music Awards, INXS(MIKE)gave OASIS their award and one of the members commented something to the effect of -Thanks, I wondered what it would be like getting an award from a 'has-been' ..
