Lux Interior co-founded the Sacramento-based punk band with his future wife Poison Ivy. He died Wednesday of a pre-existing heart condition.

R.I.P. Lux. The Cramps remain a favorite today among deviants far and near. Morrissey founded the Cramps fan club in the UK when he was a kid. They were one of my brother's favorite bands of all time. I won't be surprised if he throws a Lux in memoriam party!
