Subject: Howard Keel 1919-2004
Written By: MaxwellSmart on 11/10/04 at 6:55 pm
I'm surprised no one mentioned actor-singer Howard Keel died on 11/7
http://imdb.com/name/nm0444476/
He's best known for his roles in Oklahoma, Kiss Me Kate, Kismet, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and Showboat. He also played a character called Clayton Farlow on Dallas.
The cause of death was colon cancer, so I guess he didn't just "keel" over.
:-X

Have you been waiting for a Keel somewhere to die just so you can say that?
???

It would sound better if it was sudden, so I could say "he just keeled over." Actually, I just thought of it when I heard the announcement on the radio. I'm sure a hundred other perverse minds thought the same thing!
