I'd like to give Karma to others, but unable to locate how. Am I just blind? :(

No, you're not. You can only start giving karma once you've made 100 posts or more, so you're nearly there. ;)

I can give Karma now. You were the 1st one! I tried giving you a 2nd one, but I guess I have to wait 24 hours.

And yes, there is a 24 hour restriction rule. It's one thing to like people, but it's an entirely different thing to smother them in karma... ;)
