For some reason unknown to me I can't change my avatar. :-\\

Everytime I see your avatar, it's different. It did that to me yesterday. I couldn't see my new one, but everyone else could. Sign in and out a few times, that's what I did.

I just made some quick changes to the folder they are stored in... try it again
I was able to upload an image fine, and a big one at that, so the problem may be with your browser

Must be because I logged in and out again a couple of times and its still stuck on the old one.
I don't know what to do.

Mine's doing it right now, actually. I see two people running through a field (my old avatar), but Doms sees the one with the girl twirling (My new one).

My dad's house has been showing the field one throughout all her recent changes.

Are you running IE6 or IE7?
IE7, you have to refresh a few times before anythign will change. SOme sort of slow glitch with the cache and cookies
