Whenever I look at the profile of "WHISTLE"(or whatever his name is; the guy with the fancy letters in his name. This guy here: http://www.inthe00s.com/index.php?action=profile;u=4297), my browser crashes. I think it's got something to do with the unusual characters he uses in the display of his name. They cause an error in my computer.

I'm using Windows 98 and Internet Explorer 6.0.

When I click on his profile, I get a box saying my computer has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. This appears in the details section:

Yeah, it occurred to me to just avoid it.  I just thought I'd mention it since it might be a symptom of a bigger problem with the site.

Have you thought about downloading Mozilla?  I normally use that because IE can get cranky on me, and for some reason pages seem to load faster on Mozilla. 

  Hmmmm, I'm running Windows98(98se to be exact) and IE 6 with all the updates. I just checked WHISTLE's profile and it went fine. I waited for his avatar to fully load before checking. It takes a little bit to load on dial-up.

His profile is ok for me as well.  ;)
