I can't change ANYTHING on my profile anymore! Is it cause I put Japanese letters on? HELP ME, PLEASE!!!

Just a few Japanese Characters.. they show up on the sig, don't they?
But either way, there's no longer a "Save Changes" button on my Profile thing.. I can't change avatar or sig anymore.. no edit, no NOTHING. Any idea how to correct this? I'd cut out the sig, but I can't update my signature with it deleted out.

Thank you so much, whoever fixed it. Never again will I use Japanese on the forum. ;D
