How do you put a photo description under a photo?

I think it depends on where the photo is. If it's your avatar pic, go to your profile, click on "Forum Profile Information" and enter the caption in "Personalized Text."

That doesn't help. Where is the picture? Is it in your avatar? In the message? Or in your sig line?
If it's in the sig line, you just type {img}the_URL_of_the_picture{/img} (with square brackets of course) and then type something underneath the picture.
