how do i get a picture under my name on profile..those are cool!

Click on profile and find "edit avatar" there will be pictures there.

Click on profile and find "edit avatar" there will be pictures there.
You can find it under Modify Profile, click Forum Profile Information.
There you can choose from a variety of ready-made avatars, or select your own avatar (if you already have one on your own computer).
