You mean like this??
You need to click on the Change Colour arrow then select your chosen colour. The you need to type your message between the brackets like this (using { instead of { brackets)
{color=green}type message here{/color}
Hope that makes sense

Does anyone have a list of all the colors available? I know you can use more than what's listed
TEST
if you know how to look up HEX CODES for HTML colors, you can enter anything you like by replacing color=green with something like color=#00ff00 (which is bright green). I would imagine the other HTML color names work, but some of those are not standardized, so some people may not see them.

Hey, 80s cheerleader.
There is a fairly ehxaustive (or exhausting) list of colours available here, this is probably every single colour you'd ever want. I don't know whether this is a complete list, or whether this is just part of a whole pile of even more colours (but then, I think we'd find it hard to find any more!)

So, for example, you might use something like this or something like this
