No, a phone charger is for charging mobile phones; a FitBit is not such a device because it gets worn around the wrist.

Yep, I went to the BestBuy website, to see if such devices were available and how much they would cost. Then I wrote the information down on a slip of paper and took it with me to the store...and was able to find one such product!
