Drinking about a gallon of cement and then having it solidify in your lower intestine. Then the next day when you come to do your business pushing as hard as possible and pushing so hard your lower intestine actually detatches it'self, ripping through your rectum and depositing it'self in the toilet bowl. You jump up in searing agony as several pints of blood mixed with excrement, cement and stoumach acid comes slopping out of the large hole now located in your backside, then, due to your abject poverty, your foced to eat this mess after sewing the hole shut.

I used to know a guy that made up things like this all the time , trying to make us laugh at times that we had to be quiet while working in a theater.  Lost of "holes" and "lactating" and "green stuff" and "churning"....you might have a gene in common.
