You can disable avatars/sigs, which is what I do.
Click "profile" on the top tab, then hover over "modify profile", then click "look and layout". There you will find options for disabling avatars and signatures.

If you only want to block his avatar/sig in particular, you can use Adblock. I think right clicking on the image should show some options (if you have Adblock Plus installed, which I assume everyone does though I may be wrong).

You have to be very specific in what you're blocking. In this case you want to add the URLs to the images of his avatar/sig to your block list, so you need to use the slider to get more specific.

I'm guessing slider is a list of things to select. I tend to have this fear for trying new things a lot of times because I'll screw something up and more importantly, not know how to fix it.

If anything goes wrong, you can simply disable adblock on inthe00s (I believe you're supposed to simply click on the ad block's button and click on "don't block ads on this site" )

If the signatures underneath other people posts are bothering your eyes then you can turn them all off as Slowpoke suggested.
You can disable avatars/sigs, which is what I do.

Yeah, but one thing about blocking them is you never know when it might be changed to something else. I like going to other threads right now so I'm just not going to be seeing his sig all day. I can stand seeing it once or twice and if I can scrool down enough not to see it, then there is no problem.
