This isn't going to be like Rocky where there are like 17 sequels, is it?

Nah. It's just an updated version of my Q&A thread. It wouldn't be like that, because it would be like spamming.

It's honestly not that special, since everybody back then thought we were gonna die in Y2K. Then January 1, 2000 happened, and everyone was relieved. I say that because everyone in the late 90s thought the end was near, all because of a dumb computer bug. But in all seriousness, 1999 was a great year for the 90s. It was more tolerable than 1994 and 1995 though. AOL was at its peak, everyone was using Windows, The Sopranos premiered on HBO, and the economy was still lit. The sad thing was that Bill Clinton was almost impeached, but he got off scott-free. The only thing that sucked about 1999 was the Columbine shooting, but it wasn't the worst shooting after what happened with Orlando last year.

When did you first get into Evanescence?

I first got into Evanescence when I was about 11 or 12. The first songs that I remember hearing were "Bring Me To Life", "Hello", and "My Immortal". I wasn't a big fan of the band until I was 16, when I started to listen to their songs frequently. It was around the time where I've became fascinated with Amy Lee, and how she made a lot of her songs amazing. My favorite song from Evanescence is "Sweet Sacrifice".

You should check out Origin if you haven't. Unfortunately it's not available physically unless you get the vinyl box set. But IMO back then they were at their best. Their sound was much more Goth, which is what I prefer over their later sound. But anyway, you can check it out on YouTube. As well as a ton of their earlier work aside from that LP, which is their Demo.

It sounds more early 2000s than Fallen and The Open Door. Those two albums in my personal opinion were Evanescence's peak, since that's when a lot of people started to hear more about them.

It was released in 2000 actually. But only a few copies. Back then they were only locally known. I have heard so much of their unreleased work from the start thru now. Also, remixes. A really good one of "Bring Me To Life". I'll find a link for you.

I agree!

They've come to my city but I never got the chance to see them. No money at the times.

Now that I think about it, I wished I've been to an Evanescence concert. Being there would be a blast.  :D

If you had the option, would you travel back in time so you could experience a certain time period?

I would go back to the 80s, to see what life was like before the Internet was all over the place.

Rats can jump between 77cm to 120cm, while they have decent eyesight.

I did reply my thanks, but it is not here, I can only assume that it is floating around in Cyberspace with the help of my iffy Internet.

My favorite horror flicks are Candyman, and the Friday the 13th saga (before it was sold to New Line Cinema in the early 90s).

Obviously Genzer was unaware that NYE removed his account. (And his subsequent account, "Sir Rothchild.")
