Well, the Jersey Shore has gotten somewhat of a bad reputation. So, as a lifetime, 17-year resident of the South Jersey Shore, I'd be willing to answer any questions about the place and what it's really like.
No, we cannot all fist pump like champs.
Half of us don't know what 'GTL' means.
No, we're not all italian.
No, we don't all like to hit Snooki in the face.

Hi!
I've seen the Jersey Shore show and I 've also seen a few MTV docs about life on the Jersey shore. Do so many of the Jersey girls go tanning that much? I've seen several girls who were very attractive, but they were orange. .

For girls around here, tanning isn't too much of a priority. They'll usually just go to the beach, and if the weather isn't suitable for tanning, they usually don't even worry about it.

That would be the unofficial car of New Jersey, if it looked like crap. Here in New Jersey, there's an abundance of crappy old cars. That car has the 'old', but not really the crappy.

I grew up in Staten Island, NY...not too far from The Shore. I remember going to Seaside Heights when I was younger, is it still a popular place to go?

Sadly, the show "Jersey Shore" was filmed at Seaside Heights, however, South Jersey has become a bigger tourist destination. The Wildwood Boardwalk is unbeatable, Cape May is a major granny/out-of-stater spot, and Atlantic City is where aspiring gamblers, alcoholics, and hookers come together. What a beautiful state I live in. ::)
