Hi, you must be new here. I don't think the poll options will do what you tell them to. If someone clicks on an option, and hits the vote button, it'll be recorded as a vote. A person can just post a reply by hitting the "post reply" link at the bottom.
You may want to ask your question in another section, such as "More than a decade" or "the 2000s". In fact, I don't think this is the right place to request a commercial.
