I am quite confident on how I look in clothes. But I don't want people who I don't know looking at me while I am nude. It makes me less confident.

If I didn't live in a house full of roommates, I would probably spend a lot more time around the house naked. I personally don't care if they see me naked, but I don't want to make anyone else uncomfortable. But in fact, most of us walk around the house in our tighty whities anyway.

Actually, sleeping in the nude under covers is warmer than sleeping with PJs on. Your body heat fills the cavity under the covers.. With PJs on, your body heat has no where to go, so those areas of your body that are exposed (hands, feet, etc) will feel colder and make you feel colder over all.
