Yah if you are talking about Aishwarya Rai. Yes she is still around. She is a well known Bollywood actess. just google her name :)

Its a mixture of Bombay and Hollywood. Though Bombay is now called Mumbai.

We have alot of Indian families that live in my apartment building. They pretty much keep to themselves (as do my husband and I) and yet I see them at parties that the apartment management hold. It would be nice to strike up a conversation, but I am rather shy (as they seem to be as well) and I don't know what to talk to them about.
Any suggestions?

I love the beautiful material that the women's clothes are made of, the sari and um whatever else they are called. I bought a couple off of e-bay because the beading and the embroidery was so beautiful. Is it offensive for a caucasion person to wear them? I don't want to offend anyone.

Every Indian I know loves cricket, so ask them about Sachin Tendulkar, who is probably the best cricketer India has produced.
