Bairns - Mostly used by older people, it means young children or babies
Dee - means do, but only people with strong accents use it. It's mostly geordies who use this one
Div'nt - Means Don't, but again, this one's usually used by geordies
Fust - means first
Gan - means go
Hinney - Means 'friend', but more often used when speaking to a child. This is an older one, so most younger people don't use it. The 'h' is silent so it's pronounced 'Inny'
Lang - Means long
Mak - Make
Nowt - VERY commonly used by everone
Nee - Means 'none'
Reet - Quite common, but mostly associated with Geordies
Siven - Means seven
Tak - Take
Wad - Not as much used now, but it does come up once or twice
Wee - Who... another one that's dying out
Winnot - Will not. Quite common
Ye - Old people say 'Ye'... the younger use the pronunciation 'Yer'

Some common ones that i'm surprised aren't there are:
Ow - Can mean 'Alright' as in 'Alright, mate', but it's most often used as a means of getting someone's attention. I hear it a lot in the shop I work at "Ow, mate... how much are these?"
Canny - 'Pretty' as in 'It's canny cold tonight'
Aye - Probablies the commonest phrase you'll find. Means yes. Also, you'll often hear people say 'Why-Aye' which usually means 'Of course'
Garna - Going to
Kna - Know as in "I kna" (I know). 'I' is usually pronounced 'Ah'
Iz - Me... another extremely common phrase
Giz - Give me
Dinnot - Means don't. Again, another pretty common phrase

These are the phrases I come across every day, but to pretty much everyone else on here, I may as well have listed them in Japanese  ;D
