5. I think the tattoo thingee would be cool, but start small, and the lower middle part of back is good location. I have no piercings and probably will get none, and only have 1 small tattoo put on when I was 13 years old. can youimagine little Mikey at 13 letting my friend do that to me. I got a number 13 tattooed on my right bicep and will eventualy cover it up with a band or something cool. Julie is only 17, but I'd let her get a tattoo or belly piercing if she really wanted one.
