What do the French bits on "Psycho Killer" translate to? I know there's the part in the chorus, and then there's a bridge that seems to be in another language.

Also, is it true most of the tracks on Remain In Light are either sped up or slowed down about 20%?

"Psycho killer - Qu'est-ce que c'est? " - is that what you mean? ???

It means "Psycho killer - what is that?"

Well, there's also a little Bridge-type thing that's in French.

What's your fave era/sound of the band?

You probably know 'em better than me, but they seemed to have three different phases. #1, 1979-80, the more artsy/dark new wave period, such as "Once in a Lifetime"; #2, pop/rock c. 1983 ("Burning Down the House") and #3, the polished pop era of 1985+. Personally this is my favorite, I like songs like "And She Was" and especially "Wild Wild Life".

Though you're not asking me...I'm going to say my personal favorite is the more "artsy/dark new wave period" from 1977-1980. I like their stuff afterwards, but it's a little bit less interesting from a purely musical standpoint, though it's great "polished pop."

Yeah, the artsy/dark new wave was best.

When they got into World music.. not so good.

Talking Heads' later work is my favorite. Their '70s and early '80s music is good too.

Have you heard every single T.H. song ever commercially released, as well as the bootlegs.etc? Or at least their main studio albums in their entirety?

Where exactly is "Nowhere".  I wouldn't mind going with them if I knew where the Road to Nowhere was and how long we'd be gone.
