No, it isn't about cover just one band- those are "tribute" bands.
There are quite a few of those also, but I find it difficult to restrict myself to just one band.
Besides, I have been told that I would probably do a good Meat Loaf, if I went that route. :P

The idea behind this band is to assemble a good-sized songlist consisting of good, solid 1980s rock music, and musicians who can: play the music competently, have fun onstage, and match my performance quality.
(As you can see, I'm pretty picky about the whole thing. ;D)

-Also, I need to come up with a few really wacked-out 'alter-egos', that only come out on stage.
