In the past century, there were two notable quakes up there (in the Bay Area, that is): the Great San Francisco quake of 1906 (100 years ago!); and the Loma Prieta quake of 1989 (which postponed Game Three of the World Series, which was between the Oakland Athletics and the San Francisco Giants...the A's would sweep that series, 4 games to none).

Though most of her albums are out of print, some could still be found in used CD stores and online.

I would reccomend "MYOB" (2001) and "Think With Your Heart" (1995).

They range from pop to adult contemporary ballads.
And no, she's not a bubblegum pop singer anymore... which she's old enough to be a parent of a teenager herself.

In early 2002, I decided to get that CD because I loved hearing that "Whenever Wherever" song of hers, and its follow-up single, "Underneath Your Clothes." Before I decided to purchase the album, however, I had gone to her official website and listened to the 30-second snippets of each of the tracks. They all seemed like good songs (even the ones in Spanish), so in May 2002 I bought the CD at Best Buy with one of my gift cards. :)

As a college student of eight years, I think you should go full time, if that's what you really wanna do. You can keep your GPA up as long as you study hard and understand the material well.

For the record, my parents began taking dance lessons back in February...so in the past nine months, they've been taking various dance courses and learning all sorts of moves. I'm waiting until 2007 to sign up for another dance class; right now I'm concentrating on my classes. :) (For the same reason, I'm waiting until then to post another quiz.)

Yeah, at least 95% of these ladies I go to school with. :) And to answer your second question, I have known this one particular young lady since last September; she's very nice and friendly (as well as beautiful); most times I see her, she's always glad to talk to me. I met her on the campus shuttle bus and became friends with her on the day we met. In fact, I think I've talked about her on this thread...but several pages ago. She studies physical therapy.
