I got one of those things yesterday, after trying to submit a score on ZookeeperSTE (I think that was the game).
Maybe the family of games had some sort of bug.

I was able to submit a score a few minutes ago... must have been a board glitch.

Just played a quick game on Collapse and I was able to register a score.

It makes you not want to play any of the games, when you know that the score will not be registered.
